How to check which one is my server?

How can I change my password

  • Go to "http://www.ksc.net"
  • Press "Account Center" button on your header menu
  • Select "Change Password" item
  • Then type your "username" and "Password"
  • Type "New Password" and type "Confirm new Password" Submit
  • You can use your new password immediately after changing

How can I check my usage time ?

  • Go to "http://www.ksc.net"
  • Select "Account Center" item
  • Type your username and password then click "Log in to the self service center"
  • Select "Check Usage"

How can I know my Customer ID or Serial Number?

  • For monthly member, customer number will be shown in a statement
  • For package member, serial number will be shown in a card attached with a package

What should my User Name be ?

  • It should contain 4-8 characters.
  • It should be defined in Small-case alphabets, except any symbols and special characters.
  • The first 2 digits could not be alphabet and follow by number, for example: ww123456, tk56789 etc.
  • At least the first digit should be alphabet and follow by number, for example: w125, k758 etc.
  • The first choice and second choice of User Name should be different.
  • In case of changing password, Customers need to contact with customer service and will be chaged at THB 321 (Inclusive Vat)
